Description
The downtown Indianapolis Indiana city skyline and overall cityscape is best viewed from the White River state park or over the central canal in the heart of town. The urban canal makes for a great public park where many use paddle boats or canoes in mid summer.
Indianapolis is also home to the Colts who play at Lucas Oil stadium as well as the Pacers who play at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
Panoramic photographs are best from across the White River and I have many for sale in my Indianapolis gallery as well as day, night, color and black and white images! So if you like this image of downtown Indy, please check out my entire gallery for a wide variety of photos.

Robins? Hungry little monsters, are they not? They are so grossly ugly when they are just a day or two old. Catching them all with their ruby red mouths open wide like this give them a strangely beautiful flower-like abstraction. Contrasted and complimented by the bright Kelly green of the leaves makes a marvelous composition, and your Macro focus is sharp and nicely faded to draw the eye right into their open mouths. They look like they are still wet with the albumen from their recent hatching and ready to be Early Birds. I like this very much. A prize winner in every way. VFS
