Description
Pittsburgh PA is home to the Steelers, Penguins and Pirates. It also boast one of the top hospitals in the country UPMC. The city is situated between two rivers that flow off into a third. The two rivers are the Monongahela and Allegheny which flow together to create the Ohio river. The cityscape is best viewed from one of two places, either on Mt Washington or from the Northwest bank of the river alongside PNC Park.
The spot where the Ohio river forms is on the edge of point state park which has a fabulous fountain and place to get away for a long lunch for those that work downtown. The skyline is truly beautiful from both places previously mentioned here and to see both of them simply check out my entire Pittsburgh collection which has day, night, color and black and white images as well as standard and panoramic forms as well.
Pittsburgh is also home of Andy Warhol and has the Andy Warhol Museum!
